Extreme Fitness from Home is a website created, owned and operated by me, David Rydelnik to provide you information about fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Many of the articles on Extreme Fitness from Home feature fitness products from a company called Beachbody, the creators of P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, 10-Minute Trainer and many other fitness programs.

Also featured on Extreme Fitness from Home are personal development resources and articles designed to help a person achieve not only their fitness goals, but their life goals as well. Fitness and nutrition are a MUST in personal development, and unfortunately these principles are overlooked. This website hopes to bridge this gap because it is my philosophy that if you are a personal development coach and you are teaching people to take care of their lives, while at the same time your own body looks like you could use some time on a Stair-master, then it is my opinion that you should take care of yourself first before you dare tell someone else to get their own life together.
