Hey, thanks for reading this. If I have personally directed you to this page, it is because you more than likely asked me a fitness or nutrition related question, which is absolutely fine! I would love to answer your question(s)! That being said, I am a Team Beachbody Coach and I strongly urge everyone who seeks my advice to sign up for a Free Team Beachbody Account. I am an independent Coach, which means that I earn commission on products sold thru this site. That commission helps me write more helpful articles and gives me more time to help you. You are not obligated to buy anything, but if you choose a Beachbody fitness program or Shakeology and I am giving you advice about it, it only makes sense that you would purchase from here rather than another source.
