Here’s the deal: I know that this website is called Extreme Fitness From Home, but if you are brand new to fitness, then forget about the extreme stuff! Let’s just get you moving! This is a free beginner workout that you can do right from the comfort of your own home.
And this free beginner workout is actually a full fitness program you can do each and every day, for as long as you need to get a kick start in fitness. Let’s face it…not everyone is a fitness buff like me, and if you’re one of the people who needs a…gentile nudge…this is your first step to a new lifestyle — a lifestyle of taking care of yourself from this moment on.
Will this Free Beginner Workout Work for Me?
Just keep this in mind: this free beginner workout will only be effective if you DO IT. And, I suggest doing it everyday until you feel comfortable taking on a more intense fitness program. So what are you waiting for? Go put on something you can get a little sweaty in, grab a bottle of water, go for it! Remember to DO YOUR BEST, and if something doesn’t feel right, modify by either taking it easy or skipping that part. But do not quit just because you are a little out of your comfort zone…you want to get results, but not injury. HAVE FUN!!!
